Anarchy Online

Anarchy Online on your Netbook! NBG contributer TimS writres about... Anarchy Online This is one of the first Sci-Fi MMOs and it is still going strong. The core game content is free to download and there is no monthly fee until you add one or more of the six available expansions, there are several different subscription plans starting as low as $5usd.

Because AO only offers offers two US and one EU server there are always plenty of people online, even at the free subscription level.

Take note that the free subscription includes in-game advertising but this is not done with banners, but inside the game world via virtual billboards that fit right in with Anarchy Online's dark futuristic image.

The software rendered graphics run smoothly on my HP mini even at maximum settings.

i thought i would give this game a try but it doesnt run well at all even with all settings on low :( tried it on my msi u135 netbook with is pretty much the same beast as your dell mini. is there anything i can do to make it run any better?
